The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. What You'll Do - You will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices. - You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes. - You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.
