Nights, 12hr shifts Required: 3 years experience in the NICU with a
minimum of 2 years experience as a Charge RN (Charge experience can

level Job Summary Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care,
follows nursing regulations, fulfills organization's priorities,
enhancing responsibility to promote mission. The main tasks of the
role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses,
creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.
What You'll Do - You will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning
to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments
align with standard practices. - You will check nursing procedures.

EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program - MAJOR - Nursing - MAJOR
- Nursing - MAJOR - Nursing - EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience -
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN) Basic
Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or
transfer.
