the continuation of exceptional patient care. Assess patient
conditions and implement effective physical therapy intervention
plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize
patient treatment and recovery. Educate patients and family members
on post-treatment care and mobility exercises. Document patient
progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain a clean
and safe therapeutic environment. Adapt to diverse healthcare
settings as needed, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality
care. Strong clinical skills in physical therapy assessment and
intervention. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly across various units within the hospital.
Proficiency in using PT equipment and patient care technology.
