The RN is responsible for providing care, which is appropriate for age specific (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics), the developmental and safety needs, the planned procedure, and the anesthetic agent used.-- The RN will communicate and educate the patient and/or their family members and/or significant others regarding events pertinent to their care.-- The RN also anticipates and plans for the needs of the surgical team and coordinates the care provided in the endoscopy room while maintaining an aseptic and safe environment.--We offer you an excellent total compensation package, including competitive salary, excellent benefit package and growth opportunities. • Licensure/Certification/Registration:---- a.------ Current TX RN license b.------ BLS (AHA) Certificationc.------ ACLS (AHA) Certification within 6 months of employment if RN has experience; new Graduate within 12 months.--
• Education: ------------ a.------ BSN preferred.---------- b.------ ADN required and if no BSN then required to achieve BSN within three years of hire date--or will be separated from employment.--
