- Fort Worth, TX 76123 G-tube, Trach, Vent, adult, Sun-Sat, 7am-7pm, $29-$40 per hour
- Granbury, TX 76049 G-tube, Trach, Vent, transfers, Fri 7am-6pm & Sat 7am-12pm, $29-$38 per hour
