Overview: GO delivers integrated operations solutions for all lines
of business, staff support areas and the broader enterprise,
including operations teams in our global regions. Globally, GO
manages the critical systems and multiple platforms needed to
maintain the enterprise’s market-leading positions in key segments,
including deposits, payment products, consumer lending, wealth
management, small business and middle-market lending, treasury
services, investment banking, and sales and trading. Internship
Overview: Our Global Operations Development Program is a 10 week
internship designed to provide you with a unique experience based
on your interests, development opportunities, and current business
needs. This program is open to participants who are pursuing a
Bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree . You will be
involved in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork,
influencing, leadership of processes and/or projects that will
drive results and demonstrate Bank of America’s vision and culture.
The role you take on may be across each GO business or location,
but every intern will have the opportunity for robust learning
through additional trainings, professional development, networking
events, volunteer activities, speaker series, and more! During your
10-weeks with Bank of America you’ll strengthen your key skills and
competencies to help jump start your career and make a real impact
on our business from day one. What You’ll Do - Explore Potential
Tracks Business Controls Operations Management Project/Change
Management What We Offer An opportunity to develop your skills
through formal and on-the-job training Peer and mentor

feedback throughout the program Collaboration across teams to
develop business acumen and gain exposure to multiple areas across
the organization Connections with senior leaders through
educational speaker events A focus on developing networking skills
through connections within projects, intern-specific program, and
engagement events A formalized approach to establishing goals and
expectations for the summer through our performance management
process What are we looking for? Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s
or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college
or university Graduation date between November 2025 - August 2026
Work experience 0-3 years Minimum 3.2 GPA preferred Key Skills:
Strong analytical skills Solid organizational skills, excellent
planning ability, and project management skills Ability to
communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications
Demonstration of leadership Ability to demonstrate adaptability and
flexibility in a changing environment High standard of
