We are currently seeking an experienced Oil Sales and Service Rep III who will play a crucial role in managing our sales and services in the energy sector. This individual will directly contribute to promoting and executing our environmental services, specializing in oil waste management, by ensuring both new and existing clients receive the highest standard of service and solutions tailored to their needs. Develop and enhance customer relationships in the oil sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery. Drive sales through direct client interactions, attending industry events, and through the effective use of marketing strategies. Coordinate logistics for the transportation and disposal of oil and related waste according to local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and deliver sales presentations customized to clients’ needs, showcasing Clean Harbors' capabilities in managing industrial waste effectively. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement of services. Work closely with internal teams including compliance, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless service experience. Manage and report on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast sales performance using company software tools. Proven ability in sales and customer service within the oil and industrial sectors Strong understanding of waste management and environmental regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop strategic business plans and sales strategies Experience with CRM software and MS Office suite Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent is preferred. Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification is an advantage.
