join our team who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and
exceptional customer service skills. As an Inside Sales
Representative with Blue Science, you will focus your attention on
serving and selling to our clients. The main objective of this
position is to service customers and get customers signed up for
service. Whether you're selling a client our services or selling
them on a specific job, SERVICE to the client is our primary
objective. There is no quota and no cold calling in this position.
The customers call you asking for a quote, you build one for them,
and get them to sign up during the call. You need to be comfortable
overcoming customer objections and putting in full effort to get
every sale. This position will be in person at our main office
located in Flower Mound, TX. Job Description Answer all calls in
real-time, with a goal of no calls to voice mail. Be a CLOSER with
a high sign-up rate! Must be willing and able to overcome customer
objections. Listen to customer complaints and work with the Inside
Sales Manager and Customer Service Manager on resolutions. Be a
listener who is service minded. Coordinate with field staff in a
support role. Complete additional daily and weekly tasks as
assigned. Develop meaningful relationships with customers to
encourage trust and loyalty Follow up on cold and warm leads to
further the sales process Understand and demonstrate the product or
service to the customer Set and meet sales goals and objectives set
by leadership Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
Required Skills / Abilities 3 Years in inside sales, advanced phone
sales or another applicable sales field. Excellent communication
skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Outstanding computer skills Must be able to navigate multiple
applications and monitors at all times Typing 50 WPM Must be a
self-starter and able to handle a fast-paced, high-stress
environment. Must take ownership of your own actions. Reliable,
dependable, hard-working. Incredible phone presence; professional
yet personal, lively, upbeat, and willing and able to overcome
customer objections. Education and Experience High school diploma /
GED 3 years of inside sales / advanced sales experience Schedule
Monday-Friday 9 AM – 6 PM Occasional Saturdays required (1-2 a
month) 9 AM – 2 PM Benefits Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Blue Cross
