This role is pivotal in sustaining our leadership in security-related services. As a Strategic Sourcing Lead, you will be tasked with the critical responsibility of developing sourcing strategies that align with Brinks operational goals and security standards. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage contractual agreements, and assess ongoing procurement efficiencies to support our global operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep insights into market trends, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to integrate sustainability into sourcing decisions. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to procure materials and services that meet Brink’s operational requirements and security standards. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the best possible cost, quality, and delivery terms. Manage supplier relationships, including conducting performance reviews and maintaining accountability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and streamline procurement processes. Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and emerging risks in the supply chain. Promote sustainability within the supply chain by integrating eco-friendly and ethical sourcing practices.
