Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Operations Supervisor in Richardson, TX

As a Production Operations Supervisor, you will:.

Oversee and manage the packaging operations within a semiconductor manufacturing facility. This role requires a deep understanding of the workflow and the ability to establish and maintain high standards of performance and quality.

Manage and supervise the packaging operations team to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
Develop and implement packaging processes and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
Establish clear expectations and performance metrics for the packaging team.
Monitor and analyze packaging operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of packaging operations with overall production processes.
Maintain and manage packaging equipment, including Treskey Automated Pick and Place tooling.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
5-7 years of experience in packaging operations within the semiconductor industry.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing packaging workflows.
Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Experience with Treskey Automated Pick and Place tooling is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Rate: $80,000.00 / yearly

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
