Bilingual Emergency Roadside Dispatcher

Salary: $16.88 per hour / $34,000 annually

Additional 10% bilingual differential

Hybrid opportunities once certified in position

  Most schedules will include a weekend shift after completion of training.
  
  You will be eligible for a hybrid shift working 3 days from home upon certification (about 6 months).
  
  Qualifications & Skills:
  
  • In Office Position - must live within commuting distance to 2280 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75082
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

    Coverage begins on the date of hire. Must enroll in New Hire Benefits within 30 days of the date of hire for coverage to take effect.
