lives of others.Job Title: Sr. Architect - Intelligent
AutomationCurrent Need:Intelligent Automation Architect will play a
key role in the Automation Solutions team working on project-based
assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes
within McKesson. The services include assessing process needs for
Automation leveraging RPA/IPA tools, delivering innovative
automation, training, automation analysis and solution design, and
automation development and deployment. Position Description:
- Drives technical solutions and productivity from start to
project completion across multiple development resources and
organizations
- Act as expert technical lead, working alongside other resources
to specify the best solution for any given opportunity
- Leads the advancement and application of methodologies, best
practices, and techniques in line with Industry standards.
- Promotes the use of Automation tools and capabilities across
McKesson through training, interaction, and development.
- Provides governance over Automation development efforts by:
- Reviewing work completed by the Delivery team and coaching them
to improve
- Ensuring solution designs leverage best practices and all
available tools/resources to optimize end solution
- Conducting periodic code reviews throughout the development
cycle to ensure compliance with established best
practices/standards
- Approving all elements of the solution prior to deployment into
production
- Identifies gaps and efficiencies from a technical and
functional perspective and defines appropriate solutions
- Works as part of a team exploring ways to layer additional
technologies along with RPA/IPA
- Works with business and IT executives to define success
criteria/KPIs, and measures, track, and report on them
- Identifies, manages, and resolves issues reported by business
units as needed
- Experience working in Agile and traditional delivery
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and build partnerships
with both internal and external stakeholdersQualifications &
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 10+yrs of overall IT / Software development leadership
experience along with Intelligent automation
- 5+ years of hands-on intelligent automation experience, with at
least three real-time implementationsCritical Skills
- Strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of
Automation capabilities(RPA/IPA/AI/ML)
- Passion and ability to learn new technologies quickly to drive
and scale automation quickly
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a
problem-solving environment
- Must have strong business acumen with the ability to understand
business challenges and create a solution design to solve business
problems
- Prior experience with troubleshooting and correcting Automation
related technical issues
- Data analysis skills, interpretation, and evaluation of reports
from various databases
- Prior experience in driving and executing project plans to meet
timelines
- Collaborative and team-building attitudeAdditional Knowledge &
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is
desirable
- Solid writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Sets the standard and expected outcomes for other development
resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and deliver solutions to senior
leadership
- Process improvement experience
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple
responsibilities and projects to successful completionEducation:
5-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Graduate
