Job Description:
A company is looking for a Curriculum and Instructional
Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain workflow plans, goals, and objectives for
online curriculum
Collaborate with teachers to review, align, and refine course
materials to meet educational standards
Support the customization of instructional content to enhance
student engagement and competency-based learning
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in education or a related discipline
Current ND Educator's Professional Licensure or current
out-of-state Educator's Professional License
At least two years' experience working within a Learning Management
System (LMS)
A minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching
experience or equivalent K-12 training and experience
Deep understanding of K-12 pedagogy and learning engagement
strategies
