Job Description Salary: Texas Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants is a growing oral surgery practice offering high tech, personalized care, and superior service to our clients. We are currently seeking a full-time treatment coordinator to propose and explain treatment plans to patients in office. A professional demeanor, the drive to excel and a self-motivated attitude are our minimum expectations. In this role, it will be crucial to understand patient`s oral surgery needs, along with their concerns, and be willing to educate patients in regards to their treatment needs. Other Treatment Coordinator responsibilities include cultivating relationships with our patients, arranging financial agreements, scheduling treatment, patient follow up, and preparing paperwork needed for successful and legal tracking of treatment and finances. The successful applicant will share the responsibility for daily financial outcomes related to scheduling and collections on new treatment. The ideal candidate will be organized and focused, and possess a friendly, caring and kind personality. Prior sales experience is a plus, and your education and business or technical skills will enhance your overall suitability.
