What you will do-

You will be responsible for analyzing information, understanding capacity, generating supply plans, and identifying significant business risks for review with the site leadership team. You will be responsible for understanding business needs and complexities, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups. You will ensure that measures of success are created, monitored and reviewed and provides answers through analytical modeling to business questions and is empowered to drive short and long-term strategic goal realization. You will provide technology solutions by architecting and developing enterprise systems using a variety of ERP systems, tools and platforms. This can range from building data visualization dashboards, managing data warehouses, and implementing reporting platforms.

  • Partner with Production, AO, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain teams to develop strategies to achieve business objectives. Facilitate critical business risk discussions with key stakeholders.

  • Partner with Supply Planning Manager to provide governance through effective prioritization and allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

  • Leverage data and rigorous analytical methods to drive strategic decision-making. Aggregate data from a variety of sources, identify new sources, and automate collection and processing.

  • Designing, building, and maintaining processes and components of a streaming data pipeline to support near real-time analytics (from requirements to data transformation, data modeling, metric definition, reporting, etc.)

  • Provide quantitative insights into effectiveness, efficiency, areas of improvement on new and existing products and initiatives. Trend demand and supply plan accuracy to help drive continuous improvements

  • Proactively identify report & escalate constraints within the end-to-end Supply Chain which will impact on Customer Service levels.

  • Build innovative dashboards and other reporting tools to support the stakeholder teams and initiatives related to new product development, new partnerships, process/product, and KPI performance

  • Determine, document and communicate KPI reporting, tool, and working-level reporting design for developer use; Ensure designed solutions meet scalability and security requirements

  • Work with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Team and other business stakeholders to clearly understand KPI reporting, tool, and working-level reporting needs

  • Manage the IBP team's analytics roadmap to ensure resources are deployed against the organization's highest priorities

  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of ERP and develop strategies to improve and further leverage the system

What you need-

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer/Data Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 6 years Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment is essential

  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally with SAP and Oracle), business intelligence, and data visualization tools. Preferably experience with Capacity and Production planning and scheduling

  • Experience with dashboard development including concept design and build. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is required

  • SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses. Strong experience with Python, Java, SQL, and/or similar languages; especially for data manipulation, modeling, and automation

  • Experience with Azure or AWS services is beneficial
