This position is in the Strategy team that is part of Maintenance, Planning and Control (MPAC) in Infrastructure Maintenance Services (IMS).

IMS orchestrates and executes maintenance and performs support for more than 85% of the server and storage infrastructure in Wells Fargo. These activities are foundational to effective management and mitigation of vulnerabilities and risk for the technology infrastructure that runs Wells Fargo's digital services.

The Strategy team in MPAC is transforming the way this service is provided by envisioning the future state of the IMS organization services, developing strategies to realize the vision, and leading strategic execution. We are an agile organization focused on delivering iterative value that constantly moves us towards our vision.

This role will be responsible for understanding the organization's vision, helping build the strategy, and driving execution. The successful candidate will be expected to:

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 3 + years of experience leading and executing complex technology transformational programs across an enterprise
  • 5 + years of technology portfolio or demand management experience
  • 1+ year of Agile experience
  • 2+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
  • 2+ years of data analysis experience

  • Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management
  • Strong team or technical leadership experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Microsoft Visio experience
  • 3+ years of process definition and documentation experience
  • 3+ years of process design or improvement experience
  • Experience with strategy development and implementation
  • Experience articulating a complex problem, design, or build strategy
