Our client is now hiring an Warehouse Associate in their distribution center. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, day-one benefits, and the chance to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business need. This role supports both warehouse and office environments by maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace. These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 320 hours of work! OPEN HOUSE HIRING EVENT! Date: Tuesday, March 3rd through Friday, March 6th Time: 9:00am-2:00pm Event Address: 100 Decker Court, Suite 160, Irving, TX 75062 Benefits & Perks: Weekly pay Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, and Telemedicine Employee Assistance Program 401(k) program Perks once you convert to full-time: Eligibility for client benefit programs Paid time off and holiday pay (per client policy) Growth opportunities within facilities and operations teams About the Role: This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment across warehouse, office, restroom, and breakroom areas. The Industrial Cleaner plays a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper documentation of housekeeping tasks. Pay Rate: $19 - $19.50 per hour Available Shift Times: Sunday - Wednesday, 8:00AM - 7:00PM Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00AM - 7:00PM Key Responsibilities: Package and ship all customer orders. Receive, count, and inventory incoming products. Reallocate inventory to ensure proper distribution in the correct locations. Conduct monthly inventory counts for accuracy. Load and unload truck trailers. Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Key Requirements: Strong communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Must pass drug test and background check.
