Key Responsibilities Supervision and Leadership: Oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to maintain high morale and productivity levels. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing discrepancies. Implement inventory control procedures to track incoming and outgoing products. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Continuously assess team performance and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of incidents. Coordination with Other Departments: Work with sales, customer service, and purchasing teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Communicate performance metrics and suggest improvements to management.
