Role: Food & Beverage Server PS is seeking a Food and Beverage Server to support our mission of redefining the way the world travels. In this role, you will contribute to delivering a seamless, elevated, and highly personalized airport experience through operational excellence, strong service instincts, and attention to detail. Reports to: Director of Food and Beverage Location: PS DFW (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (may include weekends/holidays/non-traditional shifts) (i.e. This role is 100% onsite at PS Location, with a 5-day per week schedule based on operational needs. It may not be a traditional Monday to Friday schedule, as PS operates a 24/7 facility to meet our business. ) Responsibilities & Expectations Ensure a spotless and presentable luxury facility for all member and administrative activity. Check in new product and maintain inventory. Prepare salon as prescribed by department requirements. Assist members regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Interact with members in a way that makes them feel special Proper and friendly service when in contact with all members Comply with liquor laws Maintain accountability, both personal and financial Requirements Experience working around confidential and sensitive information. Experience serving in a luxury customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry related role. Previous Alcohol training required. Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations. Ability to focus attention on member needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team. Pass a pre-employment drug screening background check. Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required. Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED. Must be authorized to work in the United States. PS is a 24-hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.
