Become a pivotal part of Hogan1s core operation as a dedicated Flatbed CDL-A Truck Driver. In this role, you'll help us continue to deliver premium logistics services and uphold our reputation for excellence by safely transporting goods using our state-of-the-art flatbed trucks. You will navigate various routes while ensuring the safety and timely delivery of cargo. Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport goods as assigned, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transportation Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Plan routes efficiently and adjust them as necessary to meet delivery schedules Fill up on fuel, clean truck, and wash windows Report defects, accidents, or violations Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures Maintain logs of work and rest periods and kilometers driven and retain fuel/toll receipts Proven work experience as a truck driver Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc) Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc) Willingness to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL-A license No recent moving or driving violations Flatbed-specific training or certification preferred
