Job Description Belle Visage Medical Aesthetics is a growing medical aesthetics practice specializing in regenerative and results-driven care. Our treatments focus on refining and restoring the skin from within through advanced laser treatments, injectables, biostimulators, and aesthetic and wellness services, prioritizing natural, long-term outcomes. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laser Technician / Licensed Aesthetician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in delivering advanced laser and aesthetic treatments while supporting our regenerative, education-forward approach. Position Overview The Laser Technician / Licensed Aesthetician works under the supervision of our Medical Director or providers and is responsible for delivering advanced aesthetic and laser treatments, performing client consultations, recommending treatment plans and products, and contributing to practice growth through ethical service and client retention. Key Responsibilities Client Care & Consultations Perform thorough aesthetic consultations and assess skin concerns and goals Develop personalized treatment plans, including laser, energy-based, and aesthetic services Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, post-care, and recommended skincare Build long-term client relationships and retention plans Achieve individual service and retail sales goals Laser & Energy-Based Treatments (Required Experience) Laser Hair Removal (LHR) Laser Resurfacing (ablative and non-ablative) Pigmentation, redness and vascular treatments Skin tightening therapies RF-based technologies Body contouring Additional Advanced Laser Treatments Aesthetic & Esthetic Services Advanced facials, chemical peels, microneedling (with or without RF) Dermaplaning, acne treatments, and post-laser/post-procedure care Medical-grade skincare protocols and product recommendations Compliance & Clinical Standards Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Follow Medical Director treatment protocols and safety standards Ensure infection control, sanitation, and proper handling of biohazard materials Maintain and calibrate equipment Document treatments accurately in EMR Performance & Practice Growth Meet or exceed KPI goals Maintain high client rebooking rates and satisfaction Participate in marketing events and promotional campaigns (including social media) Pursue ongoing professional development and advanced aesthetic training Qualifications Required Licensed Texas Aesthetician Texas Laser Certification 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting Proven ability to perform laser and advanced aesthetic treatments safely and effectively Strong communication, consultative, and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours Physical ability to sit and/or stand 6–8 hours per shift and lift up to 20 lbs Preferred Advanced certifications in laser treatments, microneedling, body contouring, and more Experience with EMR systems (Aesthetic Record) Fluency in English and Spanish Work Environment Fast-paced, physician-supervised medical aesthetics clinic Interaction with medical-grade equipment, disinfectants, and laser technology Indoor and clinical work environment with a luxury client experience Why Join Belle Visage Medical Aesthetics?
