This role involves conducting clinical laboratory tests, procedures, experiments, and analyses to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment. Analyze laboratory findings to check the accuracy of the results. Adhere to lab protocols and standards to comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient diagnostics and care. Document and report test results accurately and promptly. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Strong communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent is preferred.
