HCA Healthcare, a premier provider of healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) for a PRN (pro re nata - as needed) position. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients who are suffering from breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders at various HCA locations. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and following established medical protocols, you will deliver tailored therapies to a diverse patient population. As part of our team, you are critical in helping us achieve our mission to care and improve human lives by providing compassionate, patient-centered respiratory care. Evaluate patient's condition to deliver appropriate respiratory care. Perform diagnostics tests such as arterial blood gas analysis. Set up and monitor medical equipment used to provide respiratory therapy, including ventilators and concentrators. Educate patients and families about lung health and ongoing treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop effective patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Proficient in using respiratory care equipment Strong patient assessment skills Ability to conduct and analyze blood gas readings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) Active State Respiratory Care Practitioner License
