Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a premier provider of patient-centered medical
care, is seeking a dedicated and skilled certified Respiratory
Therapist CRTT PRN to join our dynamic team in servicing a diverse
patient population across our extensive network of care sites. This
position focuses on delivering high-quality respiratory care
services and supporting patient recovery while adhering to
established protocols and standards. Assess patient respiratory
functions and administer breathing and aerosol treatments. Consult
with physicians regarding patient progress and treatment plans.
Monitor and maintain ventilation equipment. Educate patients and
their families on lung health and treatment plans. Respond to and
manage emergency care situations when necessary. Document patients'
response treatments and progress in patient charts. Proficiency in
using respiratory care devices and equipment. Strong interventional
pulmonology skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary healthcare team. Excellent organizational and
communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must hold a valid Certified
Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification. Possession of Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification.
