Details - Hospital-based MRI imaging department serving ambulatory and inpatient populations - Patient population spans all age groups: newborn, pediatric, young adult, adult, and geriatric - Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday through Tuesday - On-call may be required Requirements - Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required - Required certifications: ARRT (MR) and BLS (AHA only) - Active TX license required if applicable - Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted - 2 professional references required for consideration - Flu shot is mandatory; no exemptions are accepted Additional Information - Perform high-quality MRI procedures across a broad range of protocols and patient populations, including invasive multimodality procedures using sterile technique - Responsible for patient screening, positioning, immobilization, and equipment setup prior to each exam - Maintains and verifies all relevant documentation including patient history, pregnancy status, consent forms, and imaging records - Collaborates with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal equipment performance and reports issues as needed - May serve as a preceptor, providing training to new team members on services and procedures - Grey or black scrubs required American Traveler Job ID P-680241.
