In this role, you will be instrumental in providing care and managing rehabilitation processes to help patients regain or improve their physical abilities. This position requires a deep understanding of patient needs and the ability to foster patient relationships while delivering high-quality physical therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in physiotherapy techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for patient care. Assess patient condition by physical examination and patient history Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on clinical judgments and knowledge Document patient care services by charting and maintaining records Promote maximum independence by selecting and constructing therapies according to individual’s physical capacities Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods Promote and maintain health by providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications Extensive knowledge of physical therapy techniques and methods Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle and operate medical equipment Proficient in patient assessment and treatment planning Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Compassionate and empathetic in dealing with patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapist license required. Board Certification in Physical Therapy (BCPT) preferred.
