Opportunity – Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start

nurse-to-patient ratio; 2 weekend shifts per bi-weekly schedule; no
on-call required Highlights: 16-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care
Unit specializing in post-CABG recovery and advanced cardiac care
Advanced technology including Impella, CRRT (NextStage), Swan Ganz,
hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator management Meditech EMR
system with comprehensive critical care documentation Collaborative
care environment with 45-member nursing team and dedicated Charge
Nurse coverage on all shifts Float opportunities to Medical ICU,
Neuro Surgical ICU, and Cardiac PCU for diverse clinical exposure
Manageable patient load with consistent 2-patient assignment per RN
Requirements: Active RN license in Texas Minimum 2 years of
critical care experience (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or other
Critical Care specialty) Proficiency in ventilator management,
arterial/central line care, and chest tube management Preferred:
CVICU-specific experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, and Impella
experience Preferred: BSN, CCRN certification, and Meditech
