plans developed by physical therapists in the home setting Provide
therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients'
mobility and function Monitor patient progress and report changes
to the supervising physical therapist Educate patients and families
on exercises and safety measures for home care Maintain accurate
documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress Collaborate
with caregivers to support patients' rehabilitation goals Adapt
interventions to fit the home environment and individual patient
needs Qualifications: Completion of accredited PTA program
Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) TX PTA
licensure/certification First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly
recommended Clean driving record Job details: Pay: $1,263.28 -
