Methodist Health System is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate RN Clinical Team Leader to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a leader within our healthcare services, the successful candidate will oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our patients across our facilities in Texas. The RN Clinical Team Leader will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in patient care, aligning with our mission to improve and save lives with dignity and high-quality service. Manage and supervise the nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care. Develop and implement nursing protocols and standards. Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Mentor and train new nurses, providing feedback and evaluating performance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in patient care planning and discharge planning. Evaluate patient care activities and make improvements as needed. Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the clinical team. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical and administrative healthcare systems Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Compassionate and patient-centered approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
