Employed (W-2) Schedule: 4-5 Days per Week (Flexible Rounding

Highlights:Flexible Schedule: 4-5 days per week; customize your
rounding hours for ideal work/life balance Compensation: Estimated
annual earnings of $165,923 - $196,108 with no cap on
productivity-based income Employment Model: W-2, full-time,
benefits-eligible Clinical Focus: - Provide primary care rounding
in post-acute and skilled nursing facilities - Manage chronic
disease, perform diagnostic evaluations, and create individualized
care plans - Collaborate closely with NPs, facility leadership, and
interdisciplinary teams - Build long-term relationships with
patients, families, and staff - Mentor advanced practice providers
and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
or Internal Medicine Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
and DEA registration Minimum 1-2 years of post-acute or primary
care experience Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with
a patient-centered approach Compensation & Benefits:Earning
