Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: IR Lab experience Scrubbing and circulating experience in an IR setting Description: Facility needs nurses with experience in neuro intervention and interventional radiology procedures. Unit Information: - Number of Beds: 0 - Number of Staff: 7 - Day Shift: 3 RNs, 2 Techs - Night Shift: On call only - Patient Ratios: Variable based on cases - Type of Equipment: CT, Ultrasound, IR, and Cath rooms - EMR: Yes - On Call Requirement: On call 7 days a week, split between all staff - Floating Requirement: No floating requirements Typical hiring profile: Most recruited for travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters. Candidates must have IR Lab experience. Preferred skills include experience with a variety of cath lab and IR cases, CT guided biopsies and drainages, and ultrasound guided biopsies and drainages.
