Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work day shifts Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM • 14-15 days of call per month required • No 48-hour option available • No block scheduling • No floating to other departments • Must be able to perform X-ray procedures • Required certifications: ARRT or RCIS, Texas Medical Board Radiology Tech License, BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted) • Minimum 2 years of experience required • Titers must be available before submission • Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility • Position created for contractor replacement Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive cardiovascular services with a dedicated cardiac catheterization laboratory.
