and expertise! Job Summary and Qualifications Registered Nurse -
Congenital Heart Center Nurse Coordinator Location: Medical City
Dallas (not HOS) General Summary of Duties: The Congenital Heart
Center Nurse Coordinator plays a key role in delivering
high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients with
congenital and acquired heart conditions, as well as to expectant
families receiving fetal cardiac care. This role supports a
multidisciplinary service line that includes pediatric cardiology
and fetal cardiology. The RN collaborates with pediatric
cardiologists, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, administrative
staff, and allied health professionals to coordinate care, improve
outcomes, and support families through complex cardiac journeys.
The RN also manages daily clinical operations, integrates policies
and procedures, and ensures effective communication and problem
resolution within the practice. Key Responsibilities: Provide a
welcoming and supportive environment for pediatric patients and
expectant families. Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and
respect in all interactions. Communicate clearly and
compassionately with patients, families, and care teams. Support a
collaborative, team-based approach to pediatric and fetal
cardiology care. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school
of registered nursing. Current RN license in accordance with state
regulations (please include license information in your
application). 1–3 years of RN experience preferred; experience in
pediatric or fetal cardiology strongly preferred. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Statements. EDUCATION: Minimum Degree in an accredited Nursing
Program Required. EXPERIENCE: Experience in congenital cardiology
preferred CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: BSN Degree with Nursing License in
state of residency. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of
organizational policies, procedures and systems. Knowledge of
computer systems and applications. Knowledge of regulatory
guidelines and documentation requirements. Ability to maintain a
positive attitude and work effectively under stress. Ability to
take initiative and to exercise independent judgment,
decision-making and problem- solving expertise. Interpersonal
skills to successfully interact with practice leadership and staff
