TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Fort Worth, Texas, 76104! Pay Information $2,153 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Active RN Licensure in Texas Certifications: ACLS & BLS Must-Have: - Experienced in Cardiac Cath Lab - Circulating and moderate sedation skills - Merge experience is a plus Description: The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory has a total of 5 labs available. The patient care ratio is not applicable. Four staff members are assigned per case. The lab is equipped with 4 Philips systems and 1 Siemens system. The documentation system used is Merge. The staff is required to work 12-hour shifts and may be on call. There is no floating policy in place. Advanced Certification in ACLS and BLS is required. Procedures performed include: - Left Heart Catheterization (LHC) - Right Heart Catheterization (RHC) - Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) - Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair (TEER) - Electrophysiology (EP) procedures - ECMO - Impella insertion - Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator (ICD) and Permanent Pacemaker (PPM) - Peripheral procedures - Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair (AAA) The dress code requires scrubs. Candidates should be aware of the unit-specific policies and guidelines.
