Data Collection : Unit Information: Respiratory Care Location: Medical City Frisco Address: 5500 Frisco Square Blvd, Frisco, TX 75034 Floor: Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 100 facility Number of Staff 2-3 per shift Type of staff: o Day Shift o Night Shift critical care & NICU Level 3 experience, as well as ER (in acute care no LTACH) Patient Ratios varies Type of equipment Servo & Hamilton C-1 ventilators EMR - meditech (HCA version) Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Level 3 NICU ICU experience in acute care facilities Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Flexible scheduling Team-oriented Can work independently List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vent management Attendance at deliveries ER RT procedures Code Blue/Rapid Response Team participation EKGs Best personality Fit: Positive attitude Places patient s first REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS, PALS, & NRP Floating Area(s): RT works all areas due to small facility Dress Code : Scrub Color/Attire - Black Scrubs with MCH/Respiratory Care logo Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Will review during orientation Weekends and On call(if any) Every other weekend Available to work 2 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, NY, or NYEs) Overtime if needed per facility No on call
