Job Summary and QualificationsThe Certified Surgical Technician provides safe and efficient care to the patient in the operating room. Included in this assignment is a strong working knowledge of the perioperative setting and effective communication skills in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization. What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Graduate of a formal training program in operating room technology, must pass CST exam within 180 days of graduation.
• Two years Operating Room Experience preferred.
• Certification CST by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting or TS-C by National Center for Competency Testing.
