The Medical Receptionist is responsible for maintaining patient flow, answering phones promptly and courteously, and maintaining schedules. The Medical Receptionist is expected to adhere to all CCPN policies. Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
