Associate's Degree Nursing Required, Bachelor's Degree Nursing Upon
hire Preferred 1 year as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN
residency program Required RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req -And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent
patient care and maintained quarterly Required And NRP - Essential
Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required And STABLE Program
90 Days Required Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive
interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced
