Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Home Health - Covering Tarrant County: Irving, Arlington, Grand Prairie area

Responsibilities:

PRN PT to join the Outpatient at Home division of Baylor Scott & White Home Health. Territory covering referralsoverage in Tarrant County: Irving, Arlington, Grand Prairie areas. Home Health experience preferred

Qualifications:

home health experience preferred. Candidates must be able to have dependable transportation.
