Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)- Outpatient @ Home

Responsibilities:

Choose to be an integral part of our Outpatient @ Home team! This PRN clinician will be responsible for outpatient evaluation and treatments of patients within the home setting. Coverage Territory: PRN Float for DFW Territory

Qualifications:
One year home health experience
Familiarity with DFW metroplex with dependable vehicle

VitalStim certification

Bilingual is a plus
Current and valid SLP license with CCCs required
American Heart Association CPR
