Overview: Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist - Per Diem Home Health - Weekend Position coverage in Tarrant County: Irving, Arlington, Grand Prairie area. Responsibilities: We currently have an opening for a PRN PT working on the Outpatient @ Home side of our Home Health agency. Responsibilities: Choose to be an integral part of a team that focuses on rehabilitation of patients in their home. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for both evaluation and treatment of their patient caseload. Prior home health experience is preferred however not required. This clinician will be primarily responsible for PRN coverage in Tarrant County: Irving, Arlington, Grand Prairie area. Qualifications: home health experience preferred. Candidates must be able to have dependable transportation.
