Responsibilities:

We have an opening for a PRN Weekend Float PT to cover areas of west Denton County and east Wise Counties. Choose to be an integral part of a team that focuses on rehabilitation of homebound clients. This clinician will be responsible for start of care admissions, case management, evaluation and treatment of home health patients. Prior home health experience and knowledge of Homecare Homebase documentation system is preferred.

Qualifications:
Valid State License in Physical Therapy required.
--- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.
--- Certified BLS required.
