As the Studio Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing our daily sales operations. Your responsibilities will include managing front-of-house operations, leading the sales process, recruiting and training a high-performing team, driving retail sales, and ensuring excellent customer management and membership sales. Schedule Requirements: - This is a full-time hourly or salary position depending on experience. - You will be responsible for staffing the front desk from 5 am to 8 pm to ensure its smooth operation. - While some remote work for planning and calling activities may be allowed, you will need to be available during work hours and stay connected to the studio using technology. - Flexibility is required, including working two weekends per month and occasional workshops. Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must be dependable, timely, diligent, self-motivated, confident, and great with people. Timeliness is key.
Responsibilities include:
--- Prioritization of Membership Sales
--- Ensure all leads are called and texted within 5 minutes
--- Ensure the contact cadence is followed at all times
--- Report directly to the Studio General Manager on all elements of the front-of-house operations
--- Develop a deep understanding of Volofit core values and selling points
--- Create and execute local marketing plans for generating leads and membership sales
--- Ensure the location is run in accordance with all Corporate standards
--- Maintain a clean, functional, and safe studio environment
--- Recruit, hire, and train studio staff
--- Attend present on your portion of regular team meetings
--- Create an exceptional community-focused culture

Qualifications:
--- 3+ years of sales experience (fitness preferred)
--- 1+ year of management experience preferred
--- NASP - Certified Professional Sales Person certification or equivalent preferred
--- NASM - Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent
--- ISSA Yoga 200 or equivalent is a plus
--- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
--- Organizational skill/proven attention to detail
--- Proven leadership skills
--- Strong computer skills
--- Bachelor's degree preferred
