With 3-5 years of experience, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of the importance of internal communications, as well as the skills to create, develop, and implement long and short-term communication plans.This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer of Home Franchise Concepts (HFC) and support all Associate communications. This is a new position, which requires resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving ability. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, willing to listen and dive deep, and motivated to drive engagement through all channels. A brand ambassador, the successful candidate understands how to lead with culture and values and unify through shared purpose.Responsibilities: Develop and lead the execution of Home Franchise Concepts' internal Associate Communications Support HFC-related events for Marketing/ communications needs, including conceptual idea generation, communications planning and executionBecome an expert in drivers of engagement of top talent across HFC, as well as their communication needs and preferencesMaintain continuous knowledge and status of all communications initiatives, identifying and quickly resolving any obstacles, and capitalizing on opportunitiesQualifications:The successful candidate must be highly motivated and organized, with the capacity to perform in a dynamic environment. The Communications Manager must also possess the following skill set:Natural leader, seeking out better ways to ensure Company and team's successHighly effective communicator and influencer 3-5 years of experience in internal communicationsExperience in conceptualizing, designing, writing and distributing feature stories, as well as print and electronic communication piecesProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and CRM productsBachelor's degree.
