Job Description:

This role will manage operations for two key channels: 1) OEM Wholesale including Apple Care Services (ACS) and Samsung Care Plus and 2) Insurance Company Operations including the AIG SaaS product. The position will also serve as the primary relationship managers for OEM wholesale partners (Apple and Samsung) and Insurance Company partners (AIG, Zurich, Fortegra etc) including regular partnership reviews and pipeline coordination. As of 2021, there are currently five partners within the scope of this role, but that number could grow over time.

The role will serve as the business owner for relevant deliveries in addition to managing ongoing operations post delivery. The role is also accountable to ensure reasonable pricing and profitability for the relavant P&Ls, reporting on and influencing both top line and bottom line metrics for these five partners.

Under moderate supervision, lead multiple, complex projects. Internal and External customers will rely on this role to be the lead voice and business owner for these partners.

Responsibilities:

--- Serve as business owner for deliveries related to OEM and Insurance Company partners (Partners).
--- Report on and influence top line and bottom line P&L metrics for Partners
--- Evaluate competitor offerings and pricing to set future strategy for these Partners
--- Develop roadmap of our commercial service and how it will evolve over time with covered product expansion, service network expansion, and geographic expansion.
--- Coordinate the Partner's support across internal and external support networks including client operations, IT and account management, legal, accounting and program design.
--- Negotiate contracts with the Partners.
--- Participate in commercial activities including RFPs, go to market planning, product overview presentations and client discussions.
--- Collaborate with partners by collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation for industry best practices.
--- Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis of program and industry performance and identify program enhancement opportunities.
--- Deliver recommendations to leadership, backed by financial models and implementation plans.
--- Analyze customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
--- Proactively communicate product roadmap, market needs, implementation plans and challenges with impacted stakeholders, both external and internal. Preferred to have direct experience managing partnerships, products and relationships
--- Experience working with wireless and wireless partners or insurance company underwriting partnerships. SaaS management is a plus
--- Experience in product management, project management and/or the implementation of IT strategies
--- Ability to analyze data and information and translate into a recommendation
--- Demonstrated track record of relevant achievement working within the insurance, repair, wireless or extended warranty industries
--- Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ad hoc reporting software
--- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
