Job Description:

The Chief Development Officer has responsibility for the personnel, planning, and coordination of all teams necessary to deliver high quality IntelliCentrics products to--customers--and users. Working closely with peer teams, including the PMO (Product Management Office), Marketing & Sales and Executive priorities, this--individual--will ensure all activities related to software delivery will be executed in a timely,--and--quality manner.
Position Expectations

• Mentor team directors for Quality Assurance, Development, Dev Ops, Architecture and Data Strategies to ensure a consistent and forward-thinking strategies across the organization--
• Provide support for individual team member growth to ensure a challenging and rewarding workplace environment to grow and develop
• Financial planning for staffing and technology capex/opex related to development and deployment activities
• Drive platform operations from end to end, ensuring alignment and understanding of priorities both within the platform organization and across the entire organization
• Own the identification and communicate to the project stakeholders when timelines and commitments change
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders on each project including internal PMO driving to increase customer satisfaction.
• Own the process of providing clear and regular communication to key stakeholders such as sales, marketing and business owners about the project progress and budget
• Sharing thought-leadership to help influence product support, strategy, and improvements
• Provide oversight over cross-functional teams that are fixing bugs and enhancing the existing production releases
• Provide Executive team with transparent and regular review of all teams' efforts, tasks and deliverables
• Report directly to the CEO Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail

  • Adaptable to business changes
  • Selected candidate must reside locally to DFW Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, MBA preferred.
    • At least 15 years of proven experience in a highly demanding Software Operations industry, with 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of requirements.
