You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the THAAD
Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for delivering
high?performance missile defense solutions. What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Senior you will be responsible for
overseeing the full subcontract lifecycle, ensuring cost, quality,
technical, and schedule objectives are met. Your responsibilities
will include, but are not limited to: Administer and manage major
subcontracts from proposal through execution and closeout. Issue
Proprietary Information Agreements and generate RFP packages.
Analyze subcontractor proposals, perform price and cost analysis,
and develop negotiation strategies. Facilitate subcontractor
invoicing and monitor performance against contract, SOVV, and
funding requirements. Coordinate finance on baselining, sales

CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires
special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a
secret clearance. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or
higher) in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance,
Engineering, or a related field • Experience managing subcontracts
through all phases — proposal, execution, and close out • Strong
analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail •
High integrity, ethical standards, and a proactive, results
oriented mindset Desired skills • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FAR) and contracting types • In depth knowledge of all
types of contracts and how to utilize which type in various program
scenarios. • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving
skills, with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and
changes in deadlines • Experience with long-form subcontracts
utilizing Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) • Aerospace
program negotiation skills and experience • Ability to work in a
fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure •
Experienced presenter to Program Management and Customer
representative • Self-Motived with a demonstrated sense of urgency
and ownership, and accountability for tasks/assignments • Strong
communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of
management • Ability to be flexible and accept change • Must be
able to resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. •
Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Ability to
organize and prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment; ability
to analyze a problem and recommend solutions by exercising sound
problem solving skills • Experience in Defense, government or

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated

incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for

Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
