Job Description:
Hogan1, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is
seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our dedicated
team. This role is crucial for ensuring the performance and
reliability of our diesel-based transportation vehicles. As part of
our technical and maintenance department, you will play a key role
in maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional value and
high-quality service to our clients. Perform routine and
preventative maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles. Diagnose
and repair any mechanical and electrical problems in diesel engines
and related components. Utilize diagnostic software and tools to
identify issues and ensure efficient functionality of our fleet.
Keep accurate records of serviced vehicles to adhere to regulatory
requirements and company standards. Collaborate with the
maintenance team to share knowledge and improve service efficiency.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with
company and regulatory policies. Strong knowledge of diesel engine
components and functions. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and
software for troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and as
part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Effective communication skills for reporting and
documentation. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Diesel Technician Certification preferred (e.g., ASE
Diesel Certification). Valid driver’s license and clean driving
record.
