Full-Time Salary Range: $121,000 – $154,000 annually (DOE) Total
Compensation Package: $135,000 – $175,000 (including benefits,
bonuses, and relocation options) Job Summary We are seeking an
experienced Senior Structural Engineer (PE) with deep expertise in
multi-family buildings and multi-level structures to join our
growing team. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects,
leverage advanced structural techniques such as post-tensioned

Responsibilities Lead the structural design and analysis of
multi-family residential buildings and other complex structures.
Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and developers to
create efficient, cost-effective designs. Apply expertise in
post-tensioned concrete systems to optimize performance and
durability. Incorporate seismic and wind design principles to
ensure compliance and safety. Review, approve, and stamp structural
calculations, drawings, and specifications . Mentor and provide
technical leadership to junior engineers and design staff. Oversee
quality control and participate in project delivery from design
through construction administration. Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or
Architectural Engineering. License: Active Professional Engineering
(PE) license required. Experience: 5–20 years of structural
engineering experience, with emphasis on multi-family housing and
apartment buildings . Technical Expertise: Structural steel,
wood-framed construction, elevated slabs, and post-tensioned
concrete. Seismic and wind design in high-load regions. Foundation
design for expansive soils . Familiarity with current codes,
standards, and industry software. Soft Skills: Strong
problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
