Perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades to MQ systems.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
Design and implement integration solutions using IBM WebSphere MQ.
Ensure security compliance and implement safeguards to protect infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, system administrators, and application teams to ensure seamless operations.



Requirements:

IBM WebSphere MQ:
Design, deploy, and support messaging solutions using WebSphere MQ in a complex enterprise environment.
Troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues with other applications and services.




Operating Systems:
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux platforms.




Tools & Processes:
Familiarity with workflow, ITSM tools, and ticketing systems.




Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
