customer. NDT Level II Technician Job Description: /n - Performs
NDT Level II inspections using the Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle,
Liquid Penetrant testing methods on items including, but not
limited to wheels using approved or accepted data issued by the
manufacturer, FAA, or company standard practices /n - Maintain
certifications ( MT, ET, PT Level II) and perform these methods on
any articles /n - Utilize methods such as fluorescent penetrant /n
- Work from detailed procedures, technique sheets, verbal, and
other pertinent instructions to process parts for nondestructive
testing and complete required record keeping. /n - Set-up, operate
and perform Process Control Checks on NDT equipment by following
established instructions and record results /n - Interpret,
evaluate, and report on NDT test results /n - Preforms wheel
breakdown, stripping, cleaning and build back to RTS /n -
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a
positive customer service attitude without compromising quality /n
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with the applicable
technical data /n - Presents a clean and neat work area to
customers facility cleanliness and general housekeeping /n -
Performs other duties as assigned /n /n Job Requirements: /n -
Minimum of 2 years of current experience in non-destructive testing
within an aerospace environment preferred /n - Currently or
previously certified to NDT Level II in Eddy Current, Liquid
Penetrant, Mag Particle Testing in accordance with NAS-410 /n -
Must have documented hours for Training & Experience per NAS-410
Level II /n - Ability to lift 80-100 pounds as needed, standing and
bending for continuous periods of time /n - Knowledge of repair
station procedures and use of paperwork in relation to repair
documentation /n - Ability to work on all lines and products
independently and provide guidance to team members on all parts and
processes within the Department /n - Airframe & Powerplant
Certificate (preferred) /n - Current and valid Drivers License /n -
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision /n /n Jet
